Prompt calls "to prepare a memorandum." Are we supposed to actually draft this POS in memo format or is that just to fuck with your brain? I know on NJ essays, they'd want the format, but this is seriously the first time I've seen this on a NY essay.

Which, NY? I didn't even know they did formats. This essay is like 11 years old though so maybe they don't anymore.

NJ has a bunch of them but BarBri just said to worry about memo format.
