issue spotting was pretty good- may have missed two or three issues.
but for several of the sub-questions i either made up a rule that was wrong, or reached a totally different conclusion (like this k is enforceable when it wasnt). what essay scores can i expect on those qs?

DAMNIT. for some reason i thought risk of loss is on teh seller until the buyer takes the possession if it's a merchant-seller and a non-merchant purchaser. that's wrong though.
i bet i still get near full points though for pointing out the goods being set aside and risk passing to buyer normally.
they read these things so quickly they don't give a fuck just looking for key words.
