Government and government-sponsored AA is on its way out. Probably about time.
Will law firms cut back on "diversity" programs when schools and the Federal Government do so?

romney has no chance of winning. he has to win all of the traditional swing states to have a shot, and there are some of them where he has like a 0% chance of winning. that said, the court might eviscerate AA, but I think that Kennedy will demure. at the end of the day, he cares more about his reputation than anything else.
