I have literally no idea what to do. I'll be in DC next week so should I just bring the books by their office, or do I need to ship them back to Minn. or wherever they came from?

you can drop them off at the office in dc - they'll give you a receipt and you'll get your credit in a few weeks

There's a form you have to fill out where you have to give the last 4 digits of your credit card number & your Barbri ID #, but you could either ask him for that stuff or you probably could just get them to look it up for your friend

You can sell them on ebay for around $200 more than the deposit. I kicked myself for doing the deposit.
