Biggest pro is that I can walk to my Midtown West firm. Biggest con is that it lacks culture of other neighborhoods and is kind of a zoo.
Is it relatively easy to pick up and take girls out to bars here compared to other similarly priced neighborhoods? Generally credited for a single biglawyer in midtown who loves to go out to the clubs/bars as much as time allows.(aka 2 or 3 times a week max lol)
