-20 to 30 attorney litigation boutique doing tech litigation

-Master-planned community in a nice, western suburb (Stevenson Ranch, Scottsdale, etc.), 3500 sq. ft. house for $500, $600k

-Hyundai Genesis or G35 for self, Lexus/BMW SUV for the wife

i hope this is do-able.

i'm fine with tract homes if the neighborhood is nice (e.g., grayhawk, stonegate). i'm am beginning to realize that being IP, i am limited to places like SV which i cannot afford. sigh.

i suppose houston has IP lit... but can i get a nice house in the city (west u is too expensive/old), or will i have to live the outskirts like spring?
