I know a guy who has only been able to find doc review jobs. He keeps applying for jobs I know he doesn't really have a chance at, and is postponing major life plans until he "finds a real job"

I know quite a few people who are doing hourly work or internships. Their whole lives are consumed with finding a real associate job. Pretty sad given that associate jobs fucking suck.

of c/o '11, I know of 3 T14s looking for work and have never found legal work. Outside of T14, those who admit that the situation is failure is around 15 off hand. Some are doc reviewing, they got lucky and actually from what I hear, the money isn't bad. Some are doing state clerkships that ended with dick in hand. so, off hand, I would say 18 in total. This is not a horrid massacre, but not great either. some people took non-legal jobs that are not bad...a lot of people in insurance some way or another.
