Dude I saw you post this thread yesterday. Almost everything under 2K is shitty as fuck. There are some nice places around 2-2.5K. If you're willing to be slightly out of downtown you can find a nice place for much less. But you're not. So spend a day or two trolling the Internet and making calls. Find a place in that price range. And then get your leech gf a fucking job.
