I'm talking out my ass. But I feel this, in some way. The fundamental point I'm getting to, in quite a roundabout way probably, is that people don't want to COMMIT anymore. Monogamy is frequently thought of with disdain, and people move and fuck and move again and settle down in their 30's or 40's without any sense of true love or true companionship or community.

The society ostracize people for a reason, even if the reason is irrational and the result tragic - but it's a necessary cost to compensate the fact that people are irrational beings, and there's no changing that. In a perfect world people will be perfectly rational, and abberrant behaviors will not affect the social structure, and the tolerance of it will not be abused. But this doesn't happen. But right now what we are experiencing is the reverse: The capital does not ostracize anything that helps it-it simply has no incentive to. As a result, we tolerate everything to an extent that nothing has any value anymore. There are fewer and fewer common bonds that tie everyone together. We tolerate everyone, but tolerance is not acceptance. You can never generate the same loyalty (for better or for worse) through mere tolerance than through real acceptance.

When loyalty deteriorates, when people cannot trust their peers, they turn to the only thing they can place their trust in - money. The cycle continues. The corruption is complete.

There are two concepts that you will have to internalize for this solution to work:

The greatest gift God bestowed on mankind (not flame) is free-will. This means the freewill to not be controlled by your genes, to not to be controlled by your genetic urge to preserve the self. You can choose otherwise. Which means money isn't all that important if your goal isn't to ensure passing down your genes.

2.Immortality

You need to realize that what defines you is not your flesh and blood, but rather a combination of your ideas and your relationships with other people. You need to realize everyone is interconnected (except a selected few) and hardwired to be interconnected regardless of they like it or not. Therefore, when your physical body dies, your idea lives on through the ones that have been inspired by you and adopt your belief/practices themselves. That, is the REAL human reproduction. That, is what separates men from animals. That, is what makes us immortal.

Which brings us to the solution: you don't TRY to trust people. You just DO. It's not "giving them benefit of the doubt", it's not even a matter of forgiving them 490 times for betraying you. You simply ACCEPT that people are weak, and you have to be stronger than them to save them. Remember most people are HARDWIRED to act similarly to other people. As such, if your resolve is stronger, if your faith in humanity overcomes their trust in capitalism, they will eventually come around.

But like I said, people are weak, and so are you. You will be hurt, and you will be trampled upon. You will have doubts, and you will fall. But you can't give up. For there is no other way to achieve salvation. And as you will come to know, there's no better way to live your life, either.
