So, how the fuck did he pull 250k as a banker and keep a rent stab apt? Hed have to have rent under like 2k to not be subject to decontrol. He should been stockpiling money. The rest of his fate is sad but too much 9-11 emo.

he was wealth management.

they're replaceable as fuck.

real bankers are not replaceable, their experience/knowledge/relationships build up over time and are paid a lot more. if this dude was a banker he'd clear 750k minimum, not 250k.

Alan Goldberg, a former associate at Cohen Brownstein LLP, enjoys the daily challenge of running his own pest control business, insisting that the rewards far exceed anything he ever encountered as a litigator.

"Take last week for instance. An old woman's apartment in Queens was crawling with not only termites, but also rats," he said. "And after we got them out, she was so happy that she bought us all bagels and coldcuts for lunch. You don't see that in a law firm," he added.

Goldberg's business partner, David Silverman, also a former attorney, agreed and said that he found pleasure in keeping his clients' homes pest free.

"One of the biggest dilemmas I face is the question of how far we should let these pests go once they're off the client's property," he said. "Should we eliminate them or let them live and possibly infest another home? Just where do we draw the line?" he added.
