I am a BS student who interned at Facebook this summer. My offer is: 103k$ salary, 110k$ stock (to be vested over 4 years), 100k$ sign-on bonus (just once), 10 percent base yearly bonus.
I am a BS student who did not intern at facebook over the summer. My offer is: 103k salary, 105k stock (over 4 years), 100k one-time sign-on bonus, 10% target yearly bonus.

When he finished the project he was contracted for they gave him like 30 or 40k performance bonus, plus full time offer at $95k plus $20k signing. And I guess people in those jobs actually like programming, unlike banking analysts and biglaw associates who have no other options and wouldn't do it for a second longer than they're being paid to.
