Bros, anyone get a letter in the mail on this. Says settlement is $9.5 million but it looks like it covers '06 - '11, so i'm guessing a shitton of students, anyone know how much we looking to get back?

Like $5.

I clicked on the link, and there was nowhere to submit a claim. Good job, claims administrators!

i got an email about it, saying i needed to file a claim form and to check out the class action website. i went to the website in the email and of course there was no online claim form to submit. the plaintiffs attorneys probably do that on purpose to make it a pain in the ass to actually claim part of the settlement money.

Why? To keep administrative costs down? Plaintiffs' attorneys already got their take.

My theory is incompetence and negligence.

i think that's right bro. letter made it sound like attorneys are getting paid first, i'm guessing they submit a bill for their hours & cost
