In addition to the attorneys' fees, the settlement will be reduced by the claims administrator's costs. I am sure that the named plaintiffs will receive some incentive payment.
So in the end, it is probably $9.5 million - (attorneys' fees + claims administrator's expenses + incentive payments)= settlement fund |
