The judges dont do shit and just endorse whatever the stupid research atty advises. And the research atty has a billion things on her plate and usually went to a true TTT. You go to the appearance to argue a MSJ or whatever and the judge hasn't even looked at the papers yet. And at any rate just because sophisticated shit gets filed doesn't mean anything. Tons of sophisticated shit gets filed in Los Angeles or San Fran but at least 50% of the judges there suck balls and at any rate have way too big of a caseload to spend the time required to understand a complex case. |

Fed court is best if you want stuff you file to be fairly considered by someone who is smart so that you can reliably tell a client what will likely happen.
