The practice MPT I just did was write a memo about some contract claim. It had a memo from the partner, some client notes, and then like 3-4 cases that were 1-2 pages each.
I stopped after 40 minutes because I don't need practice writing a basic memo. |

The MPT format and time crunch is a challenge. It's not impossible by any means, but it's a lot of material to analyze and format correctly. In practice you'd have more time. |

I probably spent the first 20 minutes reading the materials and then writing the rest of the time, and I still used the full time. I finished and I think it was all correctly formatted to the type of doc it's supposed to be.
I think the person sitting next to me may have been ESL. He barely wrote anything for it. |
