Duncan and ginobili just arent elite players anymore and were forced to significantly cut their pay. Kobe's production and effectiveness prior to his injury late last season has barely dropped at all. I dont think the contract he got was unreasonable or that in general a guy getting as much money as he can is evidence that he doesnt care about winning. |
