-3k hours/years -you probably gotta live in Texas (mainly Houston); Seattle is an OK office; the LA/NY offices are too small -partners there don't make that much -they overrate clerkships and it causes their talent to suffer; a T6 honors grad who forgoes a clerkship won't get hired, but a UHouston grad who got a SD Tex clerkship will get hired |
