Date: January 20th, 2014 9:22 PM Author: zombie-like bateful persian turdskin yeah the only advantage is i love going to msj or mtd hearings, or discovery and motion to compel shit in front of judges or magistrates and tearing shit up. i don't mind reading case law on lexis but i hate putting it together on paper, especially looking for a good historical explanation of the msj standard in those types of cases or an outline of the splits in the elements for similar causes of action.
