For what- suit? pants? I have some Milano pants, and don't mind them. They are a bit too low rise for my liking and don't quite taper enough. I believe Fitzgerald pants are similarly slimish, but not quite as low rise.

Completely depends on context, but do not wear Milano-cut suits to work.

It's too fashion-forward and doesn't project the right image. Not flame. You don't want to look like a 23-year-old J. Crew model when you're meeting with clients or going to court. Fine for weekends if that's your thing.

Totally correct. I love all of the mens mags/how to dress like a gentleman blogs that totally miss the fact that slim cut/fashion suits are 100% unacceptable in office environments.

Milano is way too slim to wear in any kind of conservative office environment. If you want to wear skinny ties and look like a Mad Men extra then go with the Milano- but you will probably look ridiculous. The Fitzgerald is still a slim cut and is more flattering if you have an athletic body type.

I find both kind of suck because they are too narrow in the shoulder for sick V-taper bros like me.

I have a Milano in 43L and a Fitz in 41R. I'm a 42R at Suit Supply by comparison.

Milanos have very short cut jackets which as posters above have said is not appropriate for work BUT if you get an long and you're normally a reg, it'll look good and be work appropriate.
