had coffee with the same partner to tell him about the job. No hard sell for me staying. Was like "oh what we talked about before is still all true" and "just won't know anything until the conversation happens, which won't be for a few years at least." That being said, he wanted to make it very clear that I was "deciding that I didn't want to be a partner" and that I was totally on track and its entirely my choice. |
