At ten mins? Everyday is easy if you have the drive. The hardest part is going to work out, once you get there 10 minutes will feel like a joke. You can do that 7 days a week. 20 minute HIIT, I would suggest having a one day rest-period.

What kind of HIIT are you looking at doing brother?
