Pretty careful, I just don't eat much of it at all. I get some of this locally made shit sometimes, but usually I just eat bread carbs in the am in the form of fiber cereal, then I'm mostly vegetable and meat the rest of the day

Edit: i havne't always been like that, and i notice no difference in mood/health besides being low carb it's easier to lose weight

I eat a ton of broccoli, green beans and some carrots, they seem to keep me full feeling but i also eat every 3 hours or so, so i'm never far away. When I first cut carbs i got down to like 40 grams a day and I was irritable as fuck. Now I try and shoot for 100-150 while getting like 250 grams of protein

there are plenty of carbs to be had in food other than grains. paleo, for instance, is more moderate-carb than low-carb. you're just cutting out all the shitcarbs and replacing about half of them with carbs from whole veggies and the rest with extra protein.
