Got into biz school. Should I transfer?

So he wouldn't be at a big disadvantage there relative to classmates. And both those schools send about 15-20% of their BBA class to banking. They only recruit significant numbers of students out of the top schools (meaning mainly HYP, possibly S). I think it might be worth it to transfer to Wharton or MIT, but I wouldn't bother with any of the other schools on the list. They will care more about the prestige of your school rather than the prestige of its undergrad business program. Transferring to Berkeley/Michigan/UVa/UNC is at best a lateral move if you're already at a T30, and if you seriously thinking about transferring from a T30 to NYU, then just killself now.
And ignore the idiot who said to drop poli sci. Nobody gives a fuck what your undergraduate major is. It's mainly about grades, prestigious summer internships, and interviews. Some people say to take the easiest bullshit major you can find if you are gunning for MBB/IB just to pad your GPA and to make you look like you have a "unique background and viewpoint" in your interviews. |

Hence why it makes no sense to double major. So the sensible thing to do is drop Poli Sci, and just scrape by doing the bare minimum in Econ.
A Poli Sci major will get you LITERALLY NOTHING in life that an Econ degree wouldn't already get you, so it's an unnecessary waste of time and effort. |
