100% chance of $450k salary vs. 60% chance of $320 n 40% of $700

Assume you want to stay at both for awhile. |

i would rather have the immediate bump to $450k rather than a chance at $700k in 2-3 years. the marginal benefit to my QOL from $450k to $700k is much less than from $320k to $450k. |
