first of all: do radiology over a typeA field like ortho or cardio. this allows the possibility for vacation and even telemedicine. chill out in a dark room. and when stressed out go to Europe. if you feel psychopathic somewhere like france or even better eastern Europe, u could easily challenge an arab to a fist fight, and no cop is going to touch. so i show my alphaness by beating someone up and i never get to a stage where I'd want to kill someone, especially a white girl.

still not sure about where to live with my imported wife. i feel like i need a good climate. but women for some reason place emphasis on 'big city'. even if they end up living in the suburbs 1hr away from that city.

so maybe take an anesthesia elective??? also i felt very little confidence on my surgery when suturing. but at this point i can suture better than most anesthesiologists. so the skills they do isn't really complicated... they rely more on their pharm knowledge which again is less complicated than whatever cardios or surgeons or rads need to learn. so they might actually have less stress.
