Date: May 25th, 2014 7:54 PM Author: Jet-lagged Jap New Version so critique my plans. first of all: do radiology over a typeA field like ortho or cardio. this allows the possibility for vacation and even telemedicine. chill out in a dark room. and when stressed out go to Europe. if you feel psychopathic somewhere like france or even better eastern Europe, u could easily challenge an arab to a fist fight, and no cop is going to touch. so i show my alphaness by beating someone up and i never get to a stage where I'd want to kill someone, especially a white girl.
still not sure about where to live with my imported wife. i feel like i need a good climate. but women for some reason place emphasis on 'big city'. even if they end up living in the suburbs 1hr away from that city. |

Date: May 25th, 2014 8:17 PM Author: Jet-lagged Jap New Version somebody help. just checked out sdn anesthesia forum. they posted some echoes. i had no problem identifying all those echo heart chambers(i did not post because the discussion is old). i knew that from my cardio rotation, so it's actually pretty cool how cardios get to do read ekgs and do esophageal echoes. but anesthesia does that too. and u don't get to do that as a radiologist. and in anesthesia if u got a nice place u can just drink coffee on the easy cases while nurses work for u.
so maybe take an anesthesia elective??? also i felt very little confidence on my surgery when suturing. but at this point i can suture better than most anesthesiologists. so the skills they do isn't really complicated... they rely more on their pharm knowledge which again is less complicated than whatever cardios or surgeons or rads need to learn. so they might actually have less stress. |

Date: May 25th, 2014 8:24 PM Author: Jet-lagged Jap New Version fuck anesthesia. i think radiology creates the least problems for a man. this is what they discuss in anesthesia forum: "For all intents and purposes, what you really need to do, HollywdAnesth, is go find about 2-3 tall, thin, athletic, attractive 25-year-olds and get them on the payroll. Just part time. Won't take much dough. You send these people to the surgeons offices on a weekly basis. They have to be flirty. They have to have personality. They don't have to do much else. You offer these people as "practice liaisons" for the surgeons. They will be clinical coordinators and problem solvers for the surgeons. They give a brief description of your practice and what you have to offer. They hand the surgeon a business card with their number on it for the surgeon to call if there are any problems. Each time they call the first question asked is whether or not they booked any cases with your group. You just keep hammering this home. Don't take them food. Take them eye candy.
This would work for the vast majority of surgeons I know. Most of whom are nerds and never got that much unsolicited attention from hotties before in their life. The new rules for drug reps don't apply in this situation |

Date: May 25th, 2014 8:43 PM Author: Jet-lagged Jap New Version i was thinking of ER. i like the skillset involved. but the only problem is. if being aspie limits ur ability to pick up women so much (as that guy showed), then in ER it could also cause serious problems because you don't choose your patients and large % of them are crazy, and if u screw up with a crazy u're screwed. but i don't know if i am as aspie as eliott rodger(keep in mind that aspieness had nothing to do with his killing people, it only caused him to get rejected by women/people, nothing more). i am a little different with respect to my success with women. i am not a virgin. i do not have a bmw. i never took the effort to buy any nice clothes or otherwise impress anybody too much knowing that i am not that impressive without a bmw and a steady income. but i am certainly aspie (http://www.autoadmit.com/thread.php?thread_id=2576553&forum_id=2#25628296) |

ERs are a huge ripoff to the patient, so it's basically like being a manager at sacks5th avenue instead of a manager at payless shoes. same as if u're an aspie u get to fuck an ugly woman, while somebody else with the same looks fucks several points higher.
