Norway is an oil economy. Any country that depends heavily on oil expends a huge amount of its energy on territorial disputes, because that's where their bread and butter comes from. They get better at this kind of political dispute due to having more practice, and hence, they generally win at it when up against less experienced opponents. And they "want it more." |
