She told me I was wasting my time and only had to write down what the holding was, maybe a word or two to jog my memory in case I get cold called on. I, of course, ignored her sage advice and continue to IRAC my cases for the rest of the year. Beginning of 2L I realized she was right. The asshole that I am made the completely outrageous suggestion to my group that we each divide up the assignment and then exchange answers so we could GTFO and go home.
