Xo Johnsmeyer was on this tip long ago
Should have opened a subway. I own a subway in NYC thanks to my medical malpractice settlement. A doctor fucked up and gave me his subway. I literally print money. It costs me only 1.43 per sandwich on average and I rake in the cash. My first year I made $3.5mm. 2nd year I made $15.2mm. This year, two months in, I have profited $5mm. Lol at people who say subways are ttt.
