I'd imagine it'd be tough:

- EU employers won't want to sponsor your visa when they can just hire someone from the UK who speaks perfect English;

- US employers aren't really recruiting in Europe.

But they are way easier to get into than American schools comparable in status.

HEC is shit, but INSEAD is a legit top 10-15 program even when compared to U.S. programs. Problem with INSEAD is twofold: first, it's harder to return to the U.S., and second, their job placement stat is inflated by those who are simply returning to their previous employers.

INSEAD is significantly easier to get into than the top half of the M7 and they love Americans.
