There's not much upside to staying in govt with that pay and those hours. At least with law firms you can work your way into six figures once you have 2-3 yrs of experience and are marketable. Is it at least a decent clerkship but with a judge who works his clerks hard? That could be OK long term. |

Date: August 23rd, 2014 1:12 PM Author: Fear-inspiring bawdyhouse the "group" im in is currently understaffed by 4 and with 2 senior attorneys on vacation/leave. apparently they are coming back soon and 4 new hires are set to begin in october. so things could slow down.
plus once i get licensed i get a 10 percent raise i think |
