You've got to know when to hold 'em
Know when to fold 'em
Know when to walk away
Know when to run
You never count your money
When you're sittin' at the table
There'll be time enough for countin'
When the dealin's done
Every gambler knows
That the secret to survivin'
Is knowin' what to throw away
And knowin' what to keep
'Cause every hand's a winner
And every hand's a loser
And the best that you can hope for
Is to die in your sleep"

Chess is the supreme game of strategy.
Poker is the supreme game of stakes.

Go is far more sophisticated than chess, and the lessons are more applicable to real life. It's the ultimate game of prioritizing, timing, seeing the forest from the trees, recognizing patterns, long term strategizing, knowing when to cut your losses, outflanking your opponent, etc.
Poker has the benefit of bringing in probabilistic and psychological elements, which are highly relevant to real life. I'd say poker is no. 1, Go is no. 2, and chess is a distant third at best.

poker is good practice for making decisions and ultimately taking risks on incomplete information.
