You don't even need an office at first. Just have family loan you some money, or save up for a bit if you have a jerb, or take out small biz loan.

Seems like credited strategy especially in are country.

You can't just "move to are country" and make it as a solo, friend. That aside, being a solo is considered a terrible outcome because the law school models is supposed to send you to a firm to get mentorship for a while. Most solos out of LS fail and all have substantially higher risks of malpractice pwnage.

Right but I'm addressing the bros who didn't get good gigs or got pushed out.

You buy malprac insurance dawg.

Stats on most failing? Everyone I know who's done it has done decently well for themselves.

Will not engage further. The ultimate conclusion from all studies is that going solo is a horrible outcome. It's not the point of a legal education. Going solo means the system failed.

Malpractice insurance can be very expensive and does not protect you from everything. Clients will know if there have been reports against you, even if you "win" or settle or whatever.

Most solos I know make 20-30K a year. I think it makes more sense to intern for free for a slip n fall and then get a gig doing that.

This doesn't even begin to address that most people attend law school because they don't have other skills. The 3L with 3 years of being a student of law doesn't have the business savvy necessary.

Glad you dropped the silly are country schtick. You need to be from the community originally.
