just google. you can probably find some free list someone's cooked up ranking the top 150 fantasy players for 2014 or something like that. Just take the highest player available at a position you still need to fill up your roster.

i'd wait on QB/TE, because there's about ~12 good ones. i'd load up on RBs early.

How many teams? As a noob, try to do the following and you will avoid looking stupid:

- Refer to ESPN's 1 page fantasy draft PDF cheat sheet. Keep checking to see best remaining players at positions you need to fill

- do a mock draft to get a feel for it

- No matter what, do not pick a DEF or K until the last two rounds. Some idiots will say otherwise, but do not listen to them. You will regret it later

- Draft a lot of RBs up front. You will not regret this.

- WRs are kind of a crapshoot, but grab at least 1 in the first 3-4 rounds

- Pay attention to good TEs and don't wait too long on picking one (round 6 should be fine)

- Wait until at least round 4 or 5 to pick a QB. All the big names will be snatched early. Someone like Dalton or Rivers is a safe choice

- Be mindful of bye weeks
