I do 1:30:30 off:on and track my heart rate to ensure I'm working hard enough.
I go high intensity for 30 seconds. When I stop I'm at 165-170 the first 2-3 rounds and around 180-190 for the remainder. I honestly don't really go above 195 ever (I'm 27). I do this for 20 minutes after weightlifting. I also walk a lot. It's great for getting fit.
I think to get to the next level I'll need to step it up a bit, but I'm at a point where women find me attractive and I'm not embarrassed to be shirtless in public. Honestly I don't need much more than that so maybe I stick with this minimal time commitment. Great bang for the buck.
