In regards to prestige, Russian and Ukrainian women look down on the fact that I chose dentistry instead of medicine. Maybe it's because I'm Asian though. |

general dentists can do specialist work today including root canals and crowns and implants. and no need for that 6yr residency like omfs. most med specialists are overtaken by the hospitals. |

I meet them through some phd friends who know Russian female postdocs. Any advice on how a short Asian (5'4) like myself can hook up with Russian women? Or is it a lost cause? |

You have to put out too much of your own savings since the loan you get will probably not cover a basic office. You have to add in marketing and compete against an established office and corporate chains.

for some reason a lot of russian male medical specialists seem to go into massage/orthopedics/skeletal kind of stuff. tell the girls you're a massage expert with your own clinic and link them to your online video ads, and they'll be more impressed. |
