Even if he tries to prove that guy C is annoyed by saying "Guy C said I'm annoyed" that still is not likely to be hearsay because it really doesn't matter whether Guy C's statement is factually true... He's using the statement to show that someone who says that probably has the mental state of an annoyed person. Sorry breh
