Once you are old, trying to cling on you quick explosive jumping is a losing proposition. Squats and dead lifts give you the strength to jump high off of two feet. I couldn't dunk like this in high school (I could however dunk easier jumping off one foot). |

I play very under control and seldom get fouls with my play. it's usually setting hard blind side screens. I also occasionally hook people's arms when the try to take rebounds away from me and hyper extend their elbows. |
