Once I talked to a boomer judge that talked about how he used to be a business owner job creator. I figured he was talking about a pre-law career, so I asked what he did. He looked at me with utter disgust and said "I was a partner at omelveny" like I should have known that when he said business owner, he meant guy who was allowed to share in a firms profits. That judge was either Albert Einstein or Milan smith, an orange Mormon.

are you questioning the fact that he was a business owner? employees are "allowed" to share profits all the time. that doesn't make them business owners. your judge wasn't "allowed" to share in profits - he was entitled to them.
