But there are probably no more than a couple dozen URM's nationwide with that LSAT score, much less solid work experience on top of that. Y is iffy, but you should get in everywhere else. Bonus points if you can tell a sob story about your grandparents working in the fields or something like that. I have been told that admissions officers are suspicious of people who just check the proverbial box if they grew up in a predominantly white area and don't have anything on their resume to suggest that they are part of the URM population in question. IIRC, Northwestern and Georgetown admited any GPA if the LSAT score was 170+, but a lot of other schools stayed strong on GPA.
Just looked at UChicago on LSN, and they didn't admit any non-URM profile below a 3.6 except one guy with a 3.3 whose profile says he's ex-military who did a tour in afghanistan, ex-D3 football. http://chicago.lawschoolnumbers.com/stats/1314
