Lot of people swear they give them more energy, focus, etc, but no studies show anything definitive. I'm going to give it a try for a couple weeks

I doubt they're some sort of magical panacea, but to the extent that raw greens are good for you, so is wheatgrass.

People claim all sorts of benefits - better energy, clearer skin, quicker recovery from illness. None of it is supported by research but doubt all that much research has really been done on it

take one of those 2 once wheat grass shots and mix it in with a cabbage/broccoli plain yogurt smoothie. Add an apple, a banana, and a carrot.

you can be a glutton and get full as fuck without actually ever experiencing any food comma/getting tired symptoms. You might have to add some walnuts or something in their too though. Chia seeds are good.

if you throw in some nuts its fine. You need to balance out all that fat and protein and dietary fiber with a few carbs.

listen brah, 32 ounces of a broccoli shake is hard enough to stomach. An apple and a banana won't kill you. 8 ounces of plain yogurt only has like 11 grams of sugar.
