Sounds way better to me than constantly getting stuck in / behind hordes of slowly waddling tourists completely choking the sidewalk around their current Times Square location. That whole area sucks except to go to a Broadway show and then immediately GTFO ASAP.

If you come in off 5th you don't even really have to touch times square. instead you enjoy a nice stroll by bryant park. it's not like you have to walk right down the middle of times square to get there.

Well, by the time the move actually takes place, pretty much every associate currently there will have gotten the talk, so they don't really have to worry about it anyway. Other than the fact that, now that the firm knows they're moving, they won't be investing anything in the current offices.
