They also don't tolerate attorneys, partners included, who don't bill. If they do they die.
The numbers I showed are not a stretch and are realistic for a small boutique.
You asked for how to leverage a few associates to make 300k-400k per partner? That's how. Get clients that pay and it works. |

I don't think your typical IP firm with 2 partners / 4 associates is getting clients that are paying partners $500K a year in billables. The budget pressure in prosecution is tremendous, unless those partners are literal machines that can churn out work product like robots. |
