It seems like your plan is to get your complaint through to the discovery stage, out people, and then go on an outing spree. Which, regardless of the consequences of LOLsuit 1.0 and whether they'd be even remotely similar here, seems like an odd move on your part.
1) Once people are outed, they're in the same position as you claim to be--nothing to lose. In which case, they'll proceed w/ an affirmative truth defense, blast you with discovery motions, and any allegations that may have ever been alleged will be blasted into the public domain.
2) You're here, aren't you? And you're discussing your plans to file your lawsuit based on the way people have treated you in posts. You're full of evidence that you poast here; if you're trying to use the canard that LOL XO HIVE OF SCUM, then it's going to paint you too. And claiming that you don't post here would be perjury, and would def. get you DINGED!

On the merits, it's not clear that you'll be permitted to proceed anonymously; and anyway, you might have to disclose any lawsuits you were a party to( or not; I'm no NY C&F masterman).
But anyway, I guess my basic thoughts are that, in terms of a letter vs spirit thing, is that if you even have any doubt that the bar would care, you should disclose. I had a not dissimilar thing happen when I applied to LS (not a legal thing, but something else), and I probably DIDN'T have to disclose based on the plain wording of the apps, but I ultimately did. And had no issues with it, and am glad I did so. (not gonna go into what it was; suffice to say it was far less important than even a parking ticket). But then again, I'm very risk-averse.
But I do see your argument about why not to disclose, I do. On your first point, I think the fact that you consulted with a lawyer, etc, and took his advice would tend to cut heavily in your favor. That, and the overall busyness factor.
As for your second point, this is something where I don't know that making the strategic decision to do an out-of-state SA is a great idea.
You'd be potentially closing doors for a career path. You've mentioned wanting to COP DAT WLRK a couple of times, and maybe that's flame/xo ego inflation, maybe it isn't. But if you want to wind up at a prestigious MFH biglaw firm, then you're going to have a hard time getting one if you rule out a 2L NY SA (at WLRK, anyway; certainly CSM unless you get into the London office, IDK which others except Patterson Belknap, which isn't really of the same caliber, but you get the idea). This is just something else to think about. You're at HYS, which is great--but you still have to hustle your ass off to get the sweetest of the treats, and preventing yourself from accessing all of them is something that could maybe make your life harder.
Of course, if your calculus is right, and that you'd somehow get C&F pwnd if you do snag a 2L SA as per your hypo, then my advice would be wrong.

I don't know that I would put money on it; I honestly don't know. You know more of the facts than I do, obviously, and neither of us know the probabilities regarding what the cops or bar will do. Again, if the facts are the way you say AND the cops are telling the truth, you should go surrender sometime, but if they're just lying, then you shouldn't (and certainly everything I know tells me that you don't trust the 5-0 on something like this).
What I do know is that, if you're not flaming, the fact that you keep bringing this up over and over again shows that you're really (understandably) preoccupied with it, and that it's become your own Sword of Damocles. Something like this would probably stress anyone out; a guy like you who seems to be, well, neurotic, is probably going to react to it really badly. It might be better for you mentally if you could make a clean break with the whole thing by getting rid of it, but if you really think that there's something there that they'll arrest you, then I understand why you're doing what you are.
Ultimately, this is your decision to make, and you should make it--or at least talk to a school counselor or something who has experience with this.
