Will it be easier since I have a firm offer on hand? What sort of grades do I need from first semester to make this realistic? |

But seriously, schools are increasing transfer class size while cutting 1L enrollment, because it allows them to keep class medians competitive and still get the much needed income from tuition. The only way you could hurt them is if you transferred and then graduated jobless and/or failed the bar. Since you already have a decent job, and will be graduating as a patent agent, it's very unlikely you'll be unemployed at 9 months or fail the bar.
