In biglaw, the clients just want you to paper the deal....they already decided everything important.
Smaller more entrepreneurial clients, like the ones I now have, want your actual advice on business terms.
I am sitting her putting together an entire term sheet for a credit facility from scratch based on what, in my experience, are reasonable business terms....
Maybe it isn't a good thing. Both a blessing and a curse.
