what do you estimate your approximate draw/share/salary/whatever will be in 2015, disregarding buy-in, interest on your loan from the firm for your buy-in etc.
also, how much do you expect your total buy in/capital contribution will be? |

It would be even more than $200k, but our bonus structure is really good for associates once you go over a certain threshhold that I keep hitting. In the more lean or average years, being a partner will be huge bump.
On the downside, if things get really bad, at least now I get a salary. |

This year he would have made like $385k if he had stayed. We are paying him about $200k, and he probably won't get a bonus since his hours so far haven't been that high.
His lifestyle is considerably improved, but man, he still must hate us. I feel terrible, especially since he always talks about saving up to buy a house. |
