I haven't run consistently in years because of a knee problem.

Right now I can run 2 miles easily 9 min/mi but haven't tried anything farther or faster for fear of re injury.

I want to run a 10k at 8 min/mi pace

What's a good program to ease into that?

The key, especially with your injury history, is to slowly ramp up to avoid hurting anything.

Also get fitted for good running shoes by a professional. Good shoes are vital for injury prevention.
