Meetings with the expert go to the earlier matter: 11922-333 (the client wants us to consider this work part of the previous investigation, which is being covered by D&O). Remember that you should still be billing your work on the related litigations to their respective numbers (54909-666, 691). And don't forget to use the activity codes to indicate the type of work you are doing.
As always, you'll need to keep sending your mid-month estimates of total hours you expect to expend on all projects for this client, broken down by matter number. I noticed that your recent estimates tended to be a bit low. Please keep in mind that this client will continue to require a lot throughout the holidays.
I'll see you in my office at 7:30 tomorrow morning (might want to bring the kneepads again).
