A offers B 1200 widgets FOB. B agrees to COD. Enroute a terrorist blows up the ship it is sent on.
Does B have to pay? Why

P/E - must be some type of promise-induced detrimental reliance. generally a substitute for consideration in order to avoid injustice.
Qk is an instance in which the parties would have but could not have formed a K. A must have conferred benefit on B and there is a good reason why B could not consent to this benefit but would definitely want to. A must have expected compensation.
QM is applied in instances in which one party is unjustly enriched by performance of the other.

A hires B to plan their wedding *b is a wedding planner*. B charges them 10k. B books the hotel with C for 6k and arranges with D to do the floral arrangements for 2k.
The night before the wedding C told B they double booked the hotel and cannot have two events. In a scramble C calls hotel E which charges them 15k for the event.
As it turns out D has already sent the flowers to hotel C. Hotel C had a power outage the night before and the flowers die.
identify any causes of action

seriously, don't even know where to begin here:
B against C for double booking - probably strongest claim here since it was more foreseeable than the rest
A against B for more expensive hotel
A against B for no flowers
B against C for power outage
